Cannot use redirect with RewriteRule

I’m trying to install Phabricator on my CentOS 7 server
I’ve set up the MySQL, configured the PHP got everything up and running, but the RewriteRule doesn’t work
Or it keeps with ‘Too Many Redirects’ or it fails to ‘Error 500’
I’ve set it both in a .htaccess in the webroot and in the VirtualHost part in the httpd.conf

.htaccess file
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^/rsrc/(.*) - [L,QSA]
RewriteRule ^/favicon.ico - [L,QSA]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?__path__=$1 [B,END,QSA]

That doesn’t look like the instructions at https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/article/configuration_guide/ .

I tried the

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?__path__=$1 [B,L,QSA]

As well, but didn’t worked too
I had gave up yesterday on try to use Phabricator and went to try another one, but even other ones weren’t using
Was when i saw in the log the subdomain i was using were conflicting with another one i have
I deleted the subdomain and created another one
Will try again to install the Phabricator(maybe it was the subdomain who were causing this)

EDIT: Okay, i re-downloaded the Phabricator and set at the new domain
Again the same ‘500 Internal Server Error’ error. I looked up in the apache error_log and saw this:
Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

I’ve set it both in a .htaccess in the webroot and in the VirtualHost part in the httpd.conf

This might also be a problem - you should not use .htaccess if you avoid it. Probably shouldn’t have the redirect in both places.
