Improved Documentation About Installing Arcanist

Hi,

installing on Linux is really using the package manager, so guess it was omitted to say how this works,
unlike for Windows and Mac OS, where there are detailed installation instructions.

But when installing php on Debian Linux this pulls in the complete apache2 webserver,
which is quite annoying.
I quick google research shows this solution:
https://wildlyinaccurate.com/installing-php-on-debian-without-apache/

It would make sense to add these installation instructions to the “Arcanist Quick Start” guide
in the same way as for Windows and Mac.
At least for the most common distributions like Debian (Ubuntu/Mint), Redhat (Centos,Fedora), SuSE.

Just my two cents…

Just tried it on my Debian9. This is necessary to run arc:

sudo apt-get install php7.0-fpm php7.0 php7.0-curl

php-curl is not installed by default, but is necessary.
