Mercurial and hosted repository and TortoiseHG and ssh problems

I am sure I am doing something wrong but I cannot figure it out.
I am trying to evaluate the phacility hosted solution, but I cannot get a mercurial repository to talk to over ssh. I would prefer to use HTTPS but as far as I can tell this is not supported on hosted.

I have added a ssh key under my user profile, settings, ssh keys which I generated from puttygen.
But what ever I do my windows hg client cannot resolve the vault.phacility domain.
I am using the ssh link which appears if I try to use the clone option, but with my real account name not . The repository it published and active, but empty. Do I need to add an ssh key against the account as a whole (if so how) or given I am the only administrator is the one which I can navigate to from my user settings is that enough?

I get this console.

..
*hg pull --verbose ssh://<baseaccountname>@vault.phacility.com/diffusion/TEST/test*
*pulling from ssh://<baseaccountname>@vault.phacility.com/diffusion/TEST/test*
*remote: ssh: Could not resolve hostname =: No such host is known. *
*no suitable response from remote hg*

In my settings I currently have this command.
ssh = “C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\lib\TortoisePlink.exe” -ssh -i “C:\keys\mytestprivatekey.ppk”

I am using TortoisePlink, but I have also tried pageant to hold the key.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
