Notification page throws UNRECOVERABLE FATAL ERROR

Observed Behavior:
After upgrading to the latest stable release, the notification page throws an unrecoverable fatal error.

Notification page is displayed.

Go to /notification on your phabricator install.

If you’re only interested in the unread notifications and there are more than fit in the notifications dropdown, it seems the unread notifications page [1] is working.

I see this too after upgrading just now. It’s also seen on https://secure.phabricator.com/notification/
