Unable to update the Frequency in phab

i wanted to increase the poll Update Frequency but am unable to modify it , can you please advise

There’s no way to increase the frequency beyond once per 15 seconds.
You can make a call to the Conduit API method diffusion.looksoon. This hints to Phabricator that it should poll a repository as soon as it can.

Sorry about the misunderstanding ,

I wanted to delay the frequency like every 1 min or 2min , now it is synching every 15 sec
